Atlantic Biologicals Corporation, a pharmaceutical wholesaler based in Miami, has entered into a two-year deferred prosecution agreement with the Justice Department in connection with a criminal information filed in the Southern District of Florida charging it with one count of conspiracy to unlawfully distribute and dispense, and possess with intent to distribute, controlled substances.
