There exists an unholy alliance of sorts between courts & corrections – a dastardly practice that stems from overt racism.

Fabricated criminal charges of “Terroristic Threats” is the means by which this has been taking place. It all started in 1991; an African American Prisoner was the very first inmate to be charged with such a case- I was the second. This opened the floodgates for the use of these bogus cases which are being utilized as reprisals for complaint, filing litigation, and as general-purpose racism to extend incarceration of certain minorities who advocate for themselves or others.

The M.O is akin to Jim Crow South of yester year-case in point: A dept of corrections employee will fabricate a disciplinary report of threat, then refer this to the local Yokel prosecutor for Criminal Charges. The CO attorney will prosecute the case regardless of merit, and an easy record for the sake of rejection.

Both know, an all-white district equals all who jurors who tend to believe all White prison officials. Since all M.N prisons are located in all white districts, this incentivizes the miscarriage of justice via these fabricated charges of a dubious nature.

In 1992 I sued MN Department of corruption, soon after I was charged with a bogus 13 count case of threats. In 2020 I sued MD D.O.C, a fabricated criminal charge soon followed. I was tortured for several minutes and sustained documented nerve damage in both elbows and wrist for good measure as reprisals.

In 2020, I refused to give a blood-draw, I was deprived of recreation for 12 days, hygiene products, footwear. I indicated I may sue, as a result I have another bogus charge of threats pending.

The patter is evident…. My current sentence is complete March of 2025, I will be sent to the local Washington Co. Jail I hope to bail out & expose the many abuses taking place via the local & national media. We’ll see what happens.

A brief spotlight on the MN Plantation system….
