A recent study identified the leading factors to wrongful convictions; (1) TUNNEL VISION, (2) JUNK SCIENCE, (3) INADEQUATE DEFENSE COUNSEL, (4) BRADY VIOLATION and (5) PIG MISCONDUCT, are the 5 factors in my case out of 9 listed in the study. I am convicted of double homicide as Party to A Crime (PTAC) with “no other party ever investigated”. Why? And how is this even possible? The only answer I have is because ” PTAC fits the illusion of the PIG’S carefully but poorly created scenario by misrepresenting facts, withholding material video of the crime scene, misleading the public and submitting false reports”. PTAC not only gives the PIGS a huge grey area during trial but blocks the media from access to discovery due to an “ongoing investigation”. So, the media can only report on PIG SHIT. The sad thing is prior to my run in with the dirty beeps, I was a Back the Blue dummy, never believing in actual innocent people being convicted. The 5 factors in my case: tunnel vision, no other person was ever looked at even after witnesses came forward and crime stopper tips. (2) junk science, a cadaver dog handler testified his dog alerted in my shop located in Franklin, Milwaukee Co. With no evidence of a crime, CSI and forensic teams swept the entire shop with a fine-tooth comb, resulting in zero evidence, so they claim the DOG smelled it. WTF.. put old Scooby on the stand… Oh Dogs can’t talk, and a non-recorded dog sniff. (3) Brady violation, the property was secured by working cameras, PIGS have the DVR but will NOT release it, (THIS VIDEO WILL FREE ME) (4) PIG MISCONDUCT, lies and false reports. (5) Attorney LOL, 100K for a Jokester that solicited me following the News reporting Franklin Business Owner charged, but worst is he was an active Court Commissioner to the very same judge signing search warrants in his case. He further dismisses all defense witnesses including ” alibi witnesses”
